Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site unannounced follow-up survey that was completed on February 21, 2024, A New Beginning Community Care Llc, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a follow up relicensure survey completed on January 5, 2024.
